Dear Customer,

Our reputation has been built on making quality products that  outperform the competition.  We've installed thousands of Symphony cellular blinds in college dormitories where we count on annual repeat orders form our satisfied commercial clients.  Your blinds will be made to these same demanding standards.  If they can stand up to the tough environment of a college dormitory, they can make it in your home or office. 

Each of our blinds is made from beginning to end by a Vermont craftsperson who proudly signs every shade he or she makes.  If your shade requires service, it will go directly back to that person who will bend over backwards to do anything and everything to fix the problem to meet your expectations.

Symphony blinds are also covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.  If you  have a particular question still unanswered, please call toll free at (1-877-966-3678) or e-mail me, and I would be glad to go into further detail.

Although the Symphony Limited Life Warranty by Comfortex excludes shipping and installation costs, we produce such exceptionally consistent quality that we are able to pay for ground shipping both directions on all warranty work during the first year you own your blinds.  If you want quicker turnaround, just specify "next day" or "second day" air on your e-mail, and authorize us to charge that  to your credit card.  Your repair will be handled on the same day it is received.

We will also extend the Symphony Limited Lifetime Warranty to cover cord replacement free of charge if you purchase your shade from us at SkylightBlinds.com and you pay for shipping both ways.  There is no time limit on this offer.
